The Last Fortress is a strategy game where you must build and expand your kingdom while defending it from relentless enemy waves. Days are for construction and economy, nights are for survival.
The game blends base building, tower defense, and roguelike mechanics into a single cohesive experience. Each wave brings new random events, forcing you to adapt your strategy on the fly. Balance your resources, upgrade your buildings, equip your hero, and prepare for what comes next.
With over 15 building types, 15 enemy classes, and 20+ random events per wave, no two runs feel the same, a medieval strategy challenge that grows in depth the further you push.
